Meeting Room Rentals

Ness Lake Bible Camp provides the ultimate setting for a conference, meeting, or event.  Many government and corporate groups find that their time is more productive and enjoyable when they escape from the city to our beautiful site.  NLBC has a variety of excellent facilities including meeting rooms, comfortable accommodations, and recreational options.  

Large groups (up to 200) will be accommodated in the dining hall while smaller groups looking for a cozy atmosphere will be accommodated in our smaller, more intimate spaces.  In total, NLBC is able to provide up to 9 different meeting areas. 

Refresh your group with crisp outdoor air and a new atmosphere.  Food services can be arranged for groups of 25 or more.  Please discuss your meeting needs with Jenny (Guest Services Manager).

Included Equipment: TV/VCR/DVD, flip chart and markers, overhead projector (transparencies/pens not supplied), large screens in the dining hall, portable screen, sound system (amp, microphone, CD player).

Founders Great Room 25-35 Cozy and intimate. Features leather couches, a river rock gas fireplace, a gorgeous 20' vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows overlooking Ness Lake. $200 not available*

*The Founders Cottage is not available for rental as a Meeting Room on Weekends.  Please see Regular Rentals for package rates.

Food Service: Groups are responsible for providing their own food.  No access to the kitchen is allowed.  For coffee bar or food service bookings, please contact Guest Services. 

Access: No access to other camp facilities is included with Meeting Room Rentals, other than the enjoyment of the grounds.  If you would like access to equipment or other buildings, please contact Guest Services.
